Critical Reflection
Module learning I started this module with two goals in mind, which is to speak more confidently and reduce the use of wimpy words during presentations. However, I had my doubts as I had never overcome them throughout my years in polytechnic. By the end of 13 weeks, I am glad to say that I have improved significantly, even though there are still lots of room for improvement. I had a lack of knowledge on where to begin but with proper guidance, I was able to present with confidence. I felt that I was able to capture the audience with my presentation skills but I was still pretty stiff and awkward. I appreciate the detailed feedback given by peers and professor as it allowed me to further improve myself. In addition, emphasising a certain point has always been a challenge to me as I tend to look around during presentations, which leads to difficulty in expressing the importance of my points.
